CAN I RETURN PURCHASES MADE ONLINE AT A BOND NO. 9 BOUTIQUE?
Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at Bond No. 9 boutiques, Bond No. 9 counters in participating Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Dillards or Saks Fifth Avenue stores or any additional Bond No. 9 retailers.
Please refer to the Returns & Exchanges section for detailed instructions on how to mail in your return.
CAN ITEMS PURCHASED IN BOND NO. 9 BOUTIQUE BE RETURNED TO ANY BOUTIQUE LOCATION?
Yes, Bond No. 9 items purchased at one of our four New York City boutiques can be given store credit/exchanged (No Refunds) to any of our New York City boutiques.
If the product was purchased from one of our Bond No. 9 counters at a participating Bloomingdales or Neiman Marcus or any other authorized retailer, that product must be returned to that retailer.
Bond No. 9 boutiques will not accept return items purchased from third party retailers.
MY MERCHANDISE WAS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVED IT – CAN I GET A SHIPPING REFUND?
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at (646) 284-9009.
Please provide the order number along with your full name and email address for fastest service.
To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

CAN I PICK UP AN ONLINE ORDER IN-STORE?
At this time, all online orders are shipped and not available for in-store pickup. We do provide same-day local delivery for orders being delivered within Manhattan. These orders must be placed by 2pm EST to ensure same day delivery.

MY ORDER WAS DECLINED AND I RECEIVED A “PAYMENT ERROR” MESSAGE. WHY?
“Payment Error” means that details of your order do not correlate with the method of payment and your order has been declined. Your payment method has not been charged. An incorrect address or even a typo in the payment information will cause an order to be declined. We recommend contacting your financial institution directly as this may clear up any potential discrepancies or simply reattempting your order ensuring that all information is current and correct.

WHO IS BOND NO. 9 OWNED BY?
Bond No. 9 is owned by Laurice Rahme. In an industry that has long been dominated by men, we are the first New York parfumerie to be headed by a woman–our founder and CEO, Laurice Rahmé, who oversees every aspect of Bond No. 9–from creating the New York-centric concept behind our eau de parfum collection, to guiding the development of each fragrance and bottle design, to designing the interior of each Bond No. 9 boutique.
ARE YOUR BOTTLES REFILLABLE?
While our bottles are not refillable, we do offer travel pocket sprays that are refillable. The travel pocket sprays feature a twist-off cap, that allows you to spray your fragrance bottle directly into your travel spray.
IS BOND NO. 9 OIL BASED?
Yes, our parfums feature an 18%-30% concentration of parfum oil, which promotes the long-lasting effects on one’s skin.
WHAT IS THE PASSPORT PROGRAM AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our passport program is for purchases made in-store at Bond No. 9 Boutiques and Bond No. 9 counters at Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales and Dillards. The program is with the purchase of 9 Bond No. 9 bottles, you receive a complimentary 10th bottle.
